If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll make it right. We mean it. No hassles, no excuses. You don't even have to have a reason for a return, though we do value honest feedback.
You can return new, unused/unworn items in their original product packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned in original condition within twenty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items that have been opened, show signs of use, or missing original packaging, labels, etc., may be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase and may be a partial refund. The original shipping charge, and any sales tax paid on a shipping charge, is not refundable, however we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. CODs or postage due items will not be accepted.
Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Merchandise valued at more than $100 must also be insured.
Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Custom ordered items, undergarments and opened music CDs also cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges are provided only for identical items in a different size.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
Please do not return these items before contacting us by email (service@LouisianaOnlineMall.com). For items damaged in transit, please retain the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials for inspection and retrieval by the shipper for claims processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
There is no need to call, we are happy to process your return or exchange! Just complete the Return/exchange form enclosed with your order. Return it, with the merchandise you wish to return or exchange. You will find our address on the form. Exchanges are provided only for identical items in a different size.
