Shipping Policy
Orders with expedited shipping (USPS Express Mail, UPS Overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air) will be processed the same day, if your order is received prior to Noon Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that most expedited shipping methods will not deliver on weekends.
Orders to be ground shipped (USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground) are usually processed for shipping within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Ever wonder why it takes so long for some Internet retailers to ship your order? Many times it is because they have the orders dropshipped from multiple distributors. In other words, they don't even stock their own inventory! They wait until an order is received -- then purchase the item they're selling. That can add days to the processing of your order -- and increase your shipping costs! And it's why many times you pay for an item, only to find out later it's "out of stock."
At the Louisana Online Mall, we warehouse what we sell. That means we can fulfill your order faster and more efficiently.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada using the shipping method of your choice. International shipments are processed through U.S. Postal Service International Priority and Express Mail. Some products may not be available for shipping to certain international destinations.
Please note: Some items offered for sale may be handcrafted, special order, customized and/or in limited supply. For such items, please allow 6-10 business days until shipped. Some merchandise may require even longer fulfillment times, which will be noted in the product description. Be sure to read each item description for more information concerning shipping expectations.
Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Items weighing more than 3 pounds will be shipped via UPS. You must provide a street address, not a P.O. Box for the shipping of these heavier items.
Expedited orders (UPS Overnight, Express Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air) are processed the same day, if your order is received prior to Noon Central time weekdays, excluding holidays. Non-expedited orders (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail) are usually processed for shipping within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Ground shipping delivery can range from 3-5 business days from the date your order is processed for shipping. See the map below for a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. Please remember that these transit estimates are after your order is processed, and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Free shipping restrictions
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on certain items, or for purchases totaling a minimum value. When a minimum purchase value qualifies an order for free shipping, you must place a specified minimum dollar value of qualifying items in your shopping cart for a single purchase. During Checkout, you may be asked to enter a promotional code ("Coupon Code") which will be clearly noted in "Free Shipping" promotional announcements, though sometimes single items may automatically qualify for free shipping with no Coupon Code required. Promotional guidelines may vary, but will be clearly noted in such campaigns. Please note that only one promo code ("Coupon Code") may be used per any transaction. That means only one total-order discount will be allowed at any time for an order. Minimum purchase amounts to qualify for Free Shipping promotions will not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. Free Shipping offers apply only for Standard Shipping (ie, "ground shipping" also known as non-expedited shipments) to one location. Free Shipping may not apply to certain items which, due to size and/or weight, may bear a shipping surcharge, though such charges will be clearly noted. Free Shipping offers cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO or international addresses.
Promotional discounts, including free shipping offers, are subject to end without notice and are not applicable retroactively to prior purchases.
To enter a Free Shipping code:
At checkout, enter the applicable Coupon Code and click "Apply". Then, "Next" to complete your order. Remember, you may have a choice of multiple Coupon Codes at any given time, including price discounts on your complete order, but only one total-order discount is allowed per order. You won't be able to combine these total-order price discounts with other Coupon Code discounts, including free shipping promotions that require a Coupon Code. (Please note that with free shipping promotions, your order may not ship UPS Ground, but with a comparable delivery time via another carrier.)
