We want happy customers! If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return new, unopened items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned in original condition within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items that have been opened, or show signs of use, may be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase and may be a partial refund. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. CODs or postage due items will not be accepted.
 
Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Merchandise valued at more than $100 must also be insured. Fine Jewelry and watches, bracelets, etc. that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. To receive a full purchase price credit, merchandise must be returned in new, unused/unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. Sorry, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 
Items damaged in shipping: Please contact us immediately for replacement, if available. You must retain the damaged merchandise and all packaging materials for inspection and retrieval by the shipper.
 
FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product.
