Do you sell wholesale? We don’t currently have a re-sellers program in place, but we do allow volume discounts on quantity purchases. However, if you are interested in purchasing wholesale from us for your gift shop, boutique, etc., email us your contact information (service@louisianaonlinemall.com). We will keep that information handy so that we can notify you in the event that we do launch a wholesale program in the future.
Do you offer engraving? In matters of engraving, we always suggest that be done locally so that you can ensure that there are no mis-spellings, and that the size and appearance are exactly what you want. So, the quick answer is: no, we do not offer engraving.

Do you offer gift-wrapping? No, we don’t. But you can include a nice gift card with a personal message on a beautiful, gold fleur de lis embossed gift card as a part of your order.
Do you have a retail store I can visit? No, we don't have a retail store-front, only a warehouse and fulfillment operation. All sales are online only.
Can I pick-up my order rather than have it shipped? No, all orders are shipped directly to you.
Do you print a catalog that you could mail to me? We don't print and mail expensive sales catalogs. The Internet is a low-cost and efficient way to showcase our products and that efficiency helps us to offer better prices!
How do I sell my (art, photography, apparel, home décor, etc.) on your site? We are always happy to take a look at new merchandise. Just send us an email (service@louisianaonlinemall.com) with some photos of your product, along with detailed and compelling descriptions, and a wholesale pricelist. Unique, quality merchandise is our prime consideration. Items exclusive to the Louisiana Online Mall are even better! We normally purchase an initial stock of items with payment in advance. After that, we'll order on a replenishment basis, always paying in advance. We appreciate responsive and timely fulfillment to our orders, so if your product is chosen, please be prepared to handle the demand!
